Dustin, Could you provide us with some further information. We have no record of any sales to a Dustin Dehart. Maybe to a business name? When was the sale? We installed them in our shop? If so what is the license or VIN number?

Spoke with Mark in parts for my bosch pump rebuild. Found mark was very knowledgeable and had great customer service! He knew the exact parts I needed just from my description given to him. I had numerous issues trying to get help with parts here at local shop here in Colorado. Just one phone call to oregon injection and I was taken care of!! Great place I will definitely use them again and refer everyone to them!! Great job mark! I'm a customer for life!

Ted, let me start with saying I am sorry you dont consider your experience satisfactory. Now that being said, some of this needs clarification. We performed the circuit tests per GM diagnostic routines and the sensor in question was performing within specifications. The codes where in fact stored in the ECM, but were not current. When a fault occurs once every few weeks it can be extremely difficult to diagnose. Because of the fact you were from out of town and waiting we did not want to disable your vehicle to thoroughly inspect the engine harness. As far as checking the other parameters, part of your complaint was poor mileage. We dont just assume that one problem is directly related to another, so we drove your truck and checked the common failure/problem areas that may cause a drop in fuel economy. A good amount of the diagnosis time involves test drives and monitoring relevant data related to the issues. Unfortunately when diagnosing electrical components there is not always a clear cut failure. We also do not consider cleaning a sensor a fix. It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication from the counter personnel, which I apologize for. But the service manager did not speak directly with you. I know this because I am the service manager and I did not have the opportunity to speak with you prior to you leaving. Please contact us so we can try and help you get this problem sorted out.

Absolutely horrible experience. Driving my 5th wheel from Arizona with a 2014 GMC Duramax. i Called and spoke with Service department and told them what Diagnostic Trouble Codes I had been getting for the past 5 months. i could usually clear them and they would go away but were now coming on all the time. The man told me they were ALL INTAKE AIR CODES and nothing that would put me on the side of the road. I ASKED IF THIS WAS SOMETHING THEY COULD TROUBLESHOOT AND REPAIR AND HE ASSURED ME THEY COULD. I told him I could get there in 2 weeks but had to drive 100 miles from where I was staying. We made the appointment early for me to be there so if they needed parts it would be same day. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYED ON FOR 2 WEEKS AND A NEW INTAKE AIR CODE DEVELOPED, ALONG WITH A DROP IN MPG. I TOLD THEM THERE WAS NO DRIVABILITY ISSUES. I spent 4 hours of drive time and diagnostics from your service department to be presented with a $200 plus bill on how you checked for chafed and disconnected wires and put a Little Dielectric Grease on sensor connections to see if that might help. What a Joke? The rest of the time apparently spent on checking other parameters for which I had no complaint. Fuel rail pressure and Diesel Particulate Filter. I asked to have them show me the Intake Air Sensor for which the new DTC code was related to on the vehicle and the guy at the counter brought up Google on his computer asking me if that's what it looked like? I told him I didn't know and asked If the mechanic could show me. I was side stepped again and again, shown pictures of other makes and models of vehicles and apparently not allowed to be shown anything by anyone. ALL MY PROBLEMS WERE RELATED TO INTAKE AIR AND SENSORS and the guy behind the counter told me none of them were ever removed for inspection because they could see they were working proper on their computer. I WOULD THINK A PHYSICAL INSPECTION AND POSSIBLE CLEANING MAY HAVE SOLVED SOMETHING AS I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER ON THE WAY OUT THAT I COULD TRY DOING THAT MYSELF.... AGAIN WHAT A JOKE. Dont expect them to troubleshoot your electrical or sensor problems unless something is 100% dead. They have no means of and/or are willing to inspect, clean and check sensors. AND THEY WON'T SHOW YOU HOW TO DO IT EITHER. Severely disappointed along with Diesel Trends who recommended them.
